Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and the method you choose.
- Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- Expedited (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs clearance can affect timing.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active with the carrier.
International shipping, customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged, lost, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the reported delivery date.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
