Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, our return policy is outlined below.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care, intimate, or hygiene items once opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom, personalized, or final-sale items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error (wrong or defective item).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as posting times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange for a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 — we cannot guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for return unless defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
